Dr. Aliia — clinical aesthetician

Mastering different techniques is good. Understanding what suits each person matters more.

Anatomy is not just a foundation — it is the only path to safe, effective work. Without understanding the structures we work with, any technique becomes blind repetition.

BASE.

In-person practicum de 3 days para profesionales que quieren pasar del trabajo intuitivo a la practice basada en evidencia y anatomía.

This course is for you if you:

  • Want to learn an in-demand profession from scratch and start earning right away.
  • Are tired of superficial industry courses and mindless movement repetition.
  • Want to understand exactly what you are doing to tissues and the body.
  • Want to deliver results for real concerns (puffiness, asymmetry, age-related changes), not just relaxation strokes.
  • You will learn to "read" faces: see the cause of the issue (puffiness, ptosis, tension), not just treat its effect.
  • You will study basic anatomy and the link between body physiology and age-related changes.
  • You will master the full massage algorithm and adapt it to each client.
  • You will practise confident hand placement and apply your skills on a real client.

Programme

  • Skeletal system: bones of the upper shoulder girdle, spine and skull. Focus on head position, sutures and jaw alignment.
  • Muscular system: all muscles above the shoulders and of the face. Which muscles drive aesthetic and age-related changes.
  • Fascial system: role of fascia in facial deformations. Which layers to address for best results.
  • Circulatory system: topography, venous return, major vessels and safety points.
  • Lymphatic system: topography and core principles of lymphatic work.
  • Nervous system: neurovascular bundle exit points and innervation zones. Sensory adaptation. Safety points (what not to do).
  • Skin: structure and wrinkle formation mechanisms.

Assessment: indications and contraindications. History taking. How to assess initial muscle, fascial and body-axis condition.

The protocol combines classic facial massage, myofascial work, gua sha and lymphatic drainage.

Demonstration on a model by area:

  • Upper back and neck-shoulder area
  • Musculotendinous helmet of the head
  • Forehead, temples and eyes
  • Mid and lower face (without buccal massage)
  • Lymphatic drainage
  • Anatomy analysis on a real client's face, not an atlas illustration.
  • Detailed hand placement.
  • Independent practice of the full session on a model under my supervision.

What you take away

  • Ready-made checklists for initial assessment and history taking.
  • Methodology handbook with full theory (your knowledge base).
  • Video of the full massage protocol (1.5 hours) for review.
  • Personalised certificate of completion.
  • Acompañamiento: consultas online después de empezar tu practice independiente.
